President
Lily, a Certified Educational Planner (CEP), founded Ivy Talent Education in 2008 after discovering her passion for helping international students navigate U.S. education. She holds an MBA in organizational leadership and a BA in English. As an IECA Professional Member and NACAC member, she has visited over 325 U.S. high schools and universities and personally guided over 400 students through applications to top institutions. Lily’s students have been accepted to prestigious schools like Phillips Academy, Harvard, Stanford, Princeton, and Columbia.

Wendy
College Department Lead Consultant
Wendy oversees Ivy Talent’s college counseling department, mentoring both students and consultants. As an IECA Professional Member, she holds a Master’s in Education from Harvard, a Graduate Certificate in College Counseling from UCLA, and extensive experience in U.S. admissions. Having visited over 200 schools across North America, Wendy specializes in admissions strategy and school selection.

Fiona
Senior U.S. College Consultant
With a master’s degree from the University of Pennsylvania’s Graduate School of Education, and a senior membership in the National Association for College Admission Counseling (NACAC), Fiona has over 8 years of experience in U.S. undergraduate admissions. During her time at Penn, she contributed to several NPO projects, assisting low-income students with college planning and essay coaching.

Jenny
Senior High School Planning and Application Consultant
With over ten years of experience in education as a classroom teacher and tutor, Jenny specializes in guiding students through self-exploration, educational planning, and school applications. Combining her expertise in project management and education, she helps students develop essential soft skills and craft strong applications. Jenny holds a Graduate Certificate in College Counseling from UCLA, a Master’s in Project Management from Northeastern University, and a BA in Chinese Literature.

Maggie

Maggie holds a Master’s degree in English Translation and Interpreting and a Bachelor’s degree in English. With nearly ten years of experience as a secondary school education consultant and a background as a high school English teacher, she is adept at identifying students’ academic challenges and fostering their improvement. Maggie has a deep understanding of the planning and application process, and is skilled at motivating students to realize their potential and achieve their educational goals.

With over 14 years of experience in high school and college consulting for Chinese students pursuing studies abroad, Jessie has successfully assisted more than 400 students in gaining admission to top U.S. universities. Based in Beijing and frequently traveling abroad, Jessie is dedicated to helping Ivy Talent families achieve their academic goals and fulfill their aspirations.

Elina
Senior High School Planning and Application Consultant
Elina graduated from the Foreign Languages College of Hunan Normal University with a Master’s degree in Literary Translation. During her studies, she published translated works and gained experience teaching at the university level. Elina holds several international and domestic educational certifications, including Cert-TESOL, five TKT certificates, and a high school English teacher qualification. With over seven years of experience in the education industry, she is well-versed in the CEFR framework and student psychology.

Betty has extensive experience in U.S. boarding school applications and is skilled at identifying students’ strengths to help them stand out in the application process. She focuses on enhancing students’ overall competitiveness in areas such as activity planning, interviews, essay writing, and school selection.

She has diverse experience across finance, education, and arts, having interned in these fields during her studies, as well as teaching English to students of all ages.

U.S. College Planning & Application Consultant
Claire holds a graduate degree in Communication Studies from the U.S. and has over 10 years of experience in the international education industry. Before joining Ivy Talent, she worked as an Academic Program Manager for an international education institution in the U.S., overseeing the adaptation of nearly 100 high school students. She also served as a Senior Education Consultant for New Oriental Education Group, gaining extensive experience in U.S. college applications.

Irene
U.S. College Planning & Application Consultant
Irene holds a Bachelor’s in Economics from the University of Glasgow and a Master’s in Finance from the London School of Economics (LSE). She graduated with honors, ranking in the top 3% of her class and receiving a full scholarship. During her studies, she served as a tutor for economics and econometrics courses at Glasgow and LSE. She also worked as an International Student Advisor, providing guidance on course selection, major changes, and career development. After graduation, Irene helped students gain admission to top UK and U.S. universities, including Oxford, Cambridge, Harvard, Stanford, and Princeton.

Senior Admissions Consultant & Student Planner
Ben holds both a Bachelor’s in Sociology and a Master’s in Education Leadership from Harvard University. He was part of the admissions team at The Hotchkiss School, responsible for recruitment in California and New York City. He has served on selection committees for prestigious scholarships, including the Questbridge National College Match, Jack Kent Cooke Foundation Scholarship, and Point Foundation flagship scholarships, and is an active volunteer leader for alumni associations. With over six years of experience, Ben has helped students gain admission to top schools such as Harvard, Yale, Columbia, University of Pennsylvania, Vanderbilt, Bowdoin, Emory, and Rice.

With over six years of teaching experience in high school and college, she specializes in English reading and writing. Since joining Ivy Talent in 2014, A has become an experienced expert in college and high school interview training, with over five years of experience in preparing students for interviews. Essay Expert Consultant
C holds a college guidance certificate from Columbia University and an Editing/Publishing certification from Harvard University. She earned her Master’s in Literature from the University of Texas at Austin and was awarded a scholarship from the prestigious Iowa Writers’ Workshop. C’s undergraduate degree is in English from the University of California, where she was a Thematic Option honors scholar and studied abroad at the University of Cambridge. C is an award-winning writer, having won a National Poetry Series and published two books with Viking Penguin. Six of her poems are featured in American Poetry. She has also received multiple teaching awards, including honors from the University of Texas at Austin Alumni Association.

Interview Coaching Consultant
T is an experienced high school English teacher based in Europe, holding internationally recognized TEFL certification and an advanced English teaching certification from UIC Barcelona. His students have experienced significant improvement in listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills through his tailored coaching. With extensive experience guiding international students from China and other regions, T specializes in working with 5th to 12th-grade students.

T earned a Bachelor of Science in Cognitive Neuroscience (Psychology focus) and a Bachelor of Arts in Studio Arts (Photography and Graphic Design) from Tufts University. She also attended the prestigious Miss Porter’s School, an all-girls high school in the U.S. During her time at high school, T was an active member of the rowing team for four years and competed for two years in the Division 3 rowing team at Tufts University, showcasing her leadership and teamwork skills. As an international student herself, T deeply understands the challenges and needs students face during the U.S. high school and college application process.

Since 2016, B has worked as a freelance writer, editor, and proofreader, specializing in crafting impactful narratives for college applications. She excels in helping students develop essays that highlight humanistic thinking, equality, influence, and character growth — qualities highly valued by Ivy League schools.

Interview Coaching Consultant
D is currently an English teacher at a public high school in Massachusetts, specializing in teaching English across multiple grade levels. With extensive teaching experience for grades 5-12, D holds a prestigious English language teaching certification from the Massachusetts Department of Education. D earned a Master’s in Education from Boston University (ranked in the top 50 in the U.S.) and a Bachelor’s in English and Creative Writing from Emory University (ranked in the top 25). In addition to English, D is fluent in Spanish, leveraging his multilingual skills to help students broaden their knowledge and improve their language proficiency.
